Yes. Home Bar Central is an authorized dealer for all the products we listed in out site. Every purchase includes the factory warranty and we directly communicate with out manufactures to provide the best quality and customer service.

How Do I Place an Order?

We accept order online and over the phone.

To place an order through our website, click the "Add To Cart" button on the product page. Then click the "Checkout" button or click the "Cart" button in the top-right corner and follow the directions to complete the purchase.

To order via phone, call out responsive customer support team at # or message us on live chat with our team on the bottom right corner of the screen. We are here during our business hours to answer any questions that you may have. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Will I be Contacted of My Order?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as you place an order. This means that we have received your order in out system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact by phone and e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate delivery, we will process the charges and submit the order for delivery.

Note: For large order, our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.

How Can I Check The Status of My Order?

We will email with all your carrier and tracking information as well as the estimate delivery date. We encourage you to track your package either online or through the carrier's website/phone service. Feel free to contact us for help in tracking your order. 

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We can ship your order in 3 ways:

  • Standard Ground via Fedex/UPS - for regular items
  • Truck Freight - for bigger items, dropped at a customer's doorstep
  • White Glove Delivery - for items requiring special services

Where Do You Ship To?

We Ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands at this time. As of the moment, we do not deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses. 

For overseas shipping, use freight forwarder's address as the delivery address. 

Do You Offer Any Warranty?
